Since FOD does not tell you what to farm or prepare, you may not focus on HSTR squads too much. However, it is about time for everyone to think about what to prepare. FOD sets basic teams for HSTR. They are ... 1. JTR/ Jedi 2. CHex Mix 3. Nightsisters with Asajj or Talzin Basically, if you have these 3 or 4 teams, you can do certain job in HSTR. Of course, your score depends on your squads' speed and how much you know how to use them. The most wanted squad is? The answer is CHex Mix. You might be focusing on JTR. That is good. More JTR teams will make the raid easier. Ideal way is that everyone has one. However, JTR does not work so much in P3. And, most of the guild will suffer in P3. The key unit is Death Trooper. Somehow, many people avoid farming him. But, without DT, your CHex Mix would not do good job. So, good way is to finish JTR then go for DT. NS is great but DT is better since you may already have other key units such as CLS and Raid Han. For NS, if you have them all, that would be nice. However, NS is also required in P4, so you man not send them in P3 all the time. Besides, NS requires Zombie. She is not easy farm. You can start preparing them after you get CHex Mix ready. The worst way is to keep seeking new toons while you don't have prepared teams for HSTR. You can wait those new legendary ones. Otherwise, you will never finish anything. New one comes every year. Can you prepare everything at once without spending cash? The answer is no. So, stick to what you are doing now. HSTR teams are required whether you like it or not. If you don't have any good one, you cannot move up. I will say P1 and P3 teams are the most wanted. NS teams will great but not required as many as P3 teams. If you want to help FOD, get DT ready ASAP. Just one unit. The number of JTR and DT can be the key. The rank for HSTR is sorted like this: Rank A: Having teams for all the phases and can do more than 7M Rank B: Having 2 or more teams for HSTR especially P3 and can do more than 3.5M Rank C: Having just one team for HSTR and can do around 2M Rank D: Having nothing useful Where are you now? We need more Rank B.

Problems of FOD Thank you for all of your effort for the guild to beat HSTR. We are on progress for sure. However, I would like to point out few things about our behavior. Please take your time and read. If you disagree, let me know. It is hard because you don't know how to win. So, you have to try your best until we beat HSTR. We all rely on each others. Thanks for your hardworking. Here is the result. 1. Taking too much time on P1 As you know, we spent more than 24 hours on P1. That is too long and many members just felt we would have no chance. The worst thing is to give up on others, though. We already know who can do 4%. So, those who can do more than 4%, plese don't wait for others to do the job for you. Just attack. Saving teams for P2 is another idea, but there is no P2 without beating P1. From East Coast to West Coast, you guys have time lag. So, we always have some down time. So, stopping is common situation. Just do your job. 2. Giving up on other members If you want to give up, please send all the teams you have first. Don't just give up on others. Few of us have experience on winning HSTR, how do you know when to give up? I really love to know when you all think. I would not say don't give up until the last min. If the raid seems taking too much time, that means too many members just give up at the same time and do nothing. That is the best way to fail. Again, you send everything you have and give up on yourself, not on others. 3. Not understanding FOD's strategy Like P2, we ask you to get 2% or 1.1M. It does not mean you send one team and feel your job is done. That is not right. One crappy team would not do a thing, but 12 crappy ones would do certain job. So, if you cannot get more than 2%, keep sending teams except for P3 and P4 specific teams like CHex Mix or NS. Every number counts in heroic raid. 4. Never restarting your failed attempt I understand everyone has things to do. But, trying once is not enough for HSTR. This is not my fault, blame Dev. So, you really need to restart when you think that is bad run. It is getting better than before, and you would not restart as many times as before. I think now is like less than half. So, try your best. Later on, you can take break because others will have better units when we become HSTR running guild. This is not mine. But, it shows great possibility of Jedi team in P1. JTR is not the only one. Jedi can work well. So, if you don't have JTR, go for Jedi. If you have JTR, work on Jedi, too. JTR can be used in P2 as well. My Jedi team? They did 2,765,340 last time. Not bad at all to me. Here is the result. I didn't cover everyone, though. As you all have known, our 2nd challenge is failed. If you compare to the last time, we have reached 84% in P1, I would say a lot better. I personally posted my best record of JTR team and could test my new GMY lead Jedi team. Total 14% is enough, so I would not try to improve my teams. They are all good for regular player like me. The rest is your job, my dear guildmates. No one can do solo on HSTR anyway, so stop counting on others. We are still practicing, so please do not mind your score for now. You just need to do better next time. Our real problem is participation. Even few can post great number, it would not help to beat HSTR for us if not so many are trying. Well, I know there are some more guns and cannons in our guild, so please help others. The rest is 16%, that means we need 4 more JTR or Jedi teams if yours can do 4%. The best strategy in here is not to waste our JTR teams in P1. So, let's work on. Only 25 members need to reach 4%. We are not asking you to do 10% or more. First, just think about reaching 1M. If your team survives longer, the score will be bigger. Most of videos I have posted before is about how to max your score. But, it is not easy for many people since those youtubers might have test server account. So, I would like to share some real in game footage ones. Thunder Wack's video may give you main idea how you deal with 1st turn. It depends on your mods, but you still can have some idea. Personally, I did not follow his way, but this time it did work. Again, no one is asking you to do 10M, just around 1.8M is fine. With little speed mods and right zeta skills would help you. Gear level is not that important in order to achieve 4%. Well, even your teams are all G12 and don't have speed, your score stays low. I guess you already know that. And, to those who didn't even join, I am sure you were too busy. Please join next raid and help others. We may not do HSTR on weekend for a while. So, you can enjoy your time without stressful raid. For weekend, we will do T5 with 24 hours zero damage. Lower participation would not be matter. HSTR P1 How To HSTR P2 How To HSTR P3 How To HSTR P4 How To
Another JTR event is over. That means we will start HSTR soon. I would like to show you how we will deal with this HSTR as FOD. Please follow this guideline to win. But, we may fail few times for sure. AY failed five times. We can expect more times since they had more guns and cannons than us. Thank you for supporting FOD, everyone. I can see you all are working hard for HSTR. Some have already provided viable teams. Others need to tweek mods a little. You can test your teams during HSTR, too. So, don't worry too much. We all will learn how sooner or later. The thing is that we only care about beating P1 and P2 first. P1 is all about learn how to use your team and speed. P2 is all about participation. But, make sure to save key teams for P3 and P4 all the time. Your CHex Mix and NS are our final weapons. Phase 1
Phase 1 is all about learning how. If you have right team, you will have no problem. Just need to set up mods. We want to save many JTR teams for P2. If your team cannot reach the goal, you can wait for P2. It would take 10 or 20 runs to get decent score at first. RNG would be the key. We may send less than 25 teams in future P1. As mentioned above, DN is really fast. So, you must have really fast teams. Some do not require speed like RT or Visas. But, others do need speed. You may aim around 240 especially for key ones like GMY, JTR, BB8, and Rey. If your teams are slower than 180, you might not have chance to get 4%. Less speed means less turn. And, bad thing is that when DN gets hit from your team, he will increase his speed. So, faster is better. Or, TM gain of JTR zeta lead, RT , zeta Ezra and GMY will help you a lot. Phase 2
P2 is somehow very long. Because, it is really hard to deal with big score. If you have JTR or Jedi, send them in first. Then, you may send more teams to achieve 2% until we beat Sion. The key is how much those rest of JTR teams or other P1 teams can do. If we have 15 left and each did 3%, the rest of Sion's HP will be 55%. That would be much easier for everyone to beat. Save many JTR teams in P1 would be our main strategy. After finish sending JTR ro Jedi teams, you can start sending other teams to achieve 2%. And, if you don't have JTR or Jedi teams, just start sending what you have whenever you have time to do so. Everyone should try to get 2%. Keep sending teams until you hit 2% goal. Just don't try to save your teams if you cannot get 2% in here. But, keep CHex Mix and NS teams for P3 and P4. Why we need to take this strategy? Why we cannot wait for others to attack? FOD is international guild, and members have different time zone. So, we will be having hard time to do something at the same time. So, let's set damage goal so that all the members can participate without waiting for others to do anything. The task is simple. Just keep sending your teams until you hit 2% or we finish Sion. Again, don't wait others to attack. You can start whenever you have time to do so. Don't stop attacking until we beat P2. And, the rest is easy if we have enough number of CHex Mix and NS. So, I would not worry too much. The key is how fast we can beat P2. Many members tend to give up if we take too much time to do so. So, please don't give up when you have teams to send. Don't we need to save teams for P4? Some would wonder if many teams needed in P4. The answer is yes. But, if you cannot finish 2% in P2, we will not have chance to try P4 anyway. Beating P2 is the priority. Just focus on 2% goal. The key to beat P2 is participation. There is no specific teams required in P2. Any teams work. Some just needs to send one team to achieve 2% goal, but others may need to send 20 teams. That is ok. Just keep trying. Eventually, those who can finish 2% with few teams will save the squads for P4. HSTR P1 How To HSTR P2 How To HSTR P3 How To HSTR P4 How To This is my first HSTR P1 score. As you can see, I didn't have all G12 squad. What I had were important zeta and decent mod with speed. Sorry about the speed of Barris. I did not take note. This shows how important your speed is. You may sub Rey and send RT. But, for the lower gear level, Rey can survive longer since she can have foresight from her basic. And, RNG! I restarted around 8 times or more. Please notice that gear level is not that matter. Speed is more important. This setup is not right, actually. You should have SPD & CC for BB8. BB8 can help give TM to all the units. So, the speed of BB8 should be the key. For lower gear level like this team, healer will be very important. Probably, your biggest damage dealers are Rey and RT, but they are really easy to be killed if their gear level is low. So, I took out RT because Rey has foresight.
